Moët & Chandon x Royal Ascot Our partnership
Moët & Chandon’s presence in the equestrian world dates back to 1908, when two 3-year-old horses, one named "Moët" and the other "Chandon", belonging to Mr Alfred Simon, the House's sales representative in London, finished first in Epsom and Newbury.
The House’s passion for horseracing was further brought to life in 2019, when Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage became the ‘Official Champagne of Royal Ascot’.
For over 300 years Ascot has established itself as a British institution with an international reputation. Royal Ascot has become the centrepiece of the social calendar and the ultimate stage for the best racehorses in the world. Royal Ascot in June is an occasion like no other, steeped in history, and synonymous with pageantry and style, through a celebration of horseracing at its very best.
“We are honoured to bring
Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage, a champagne of distinguished character, to Royal Ascot and Ascot. I am delighted that guests will be enjoying it, perhaps for the first time, at such a prestigious and iconic event. Ascot and Moët & Chandon already share a long-standing legacy filled with exceptional celebratory moments. We are thrilled to finally be coming together and look forward to creating many more memories in the years to come.”
