How to
chill a bottle ?

Tips
  • Ideal temperature : 7-12°C (44.6-53.6°F)

Chill the bottle :

  • 15-30 mins in an ice bucket* (1/3 ice, 2/3 water) or
  • 4 hours in the fridge

*Add a pinch of salt to the ice bucket to make it cool even faster

How to Open & Serve ?

  • Wipe the chilled bottle with a towel
  • Remove only the top of the foil
  • While holding the cork, turn the bottle 6 times and let the cork pop gently into your hand
  • Serve !

How to Open & Serve Ice Impérial ?

  • Wipe the chilled bottle with a towel
  • Remove only the top of the foil
  • While holding the cork, turn the bottle 6 times and let the cork pop gently into your hand
  • Serve first, then add 3 ice cubes
  • You can add a garnish as a final touch
  • Enjoy !

  • Up to 24 months for non-Vintage Champagnes or 5 to 10 years for Grand Vintage
