from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Starting November 18th, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
On December 12th and 13th, the bar will close at 5 PM for the 'Habits de Lumière' event.
As part of its annual closure, the visitor center will be inaccessible to the public from December 31, 2025.
We look forward to welcoming you back on March 14, 2026.

- By train: 1 hour 20 min. from Paris Gare de l'Est to Epernay station Moët & Chandon is a five-minute walk from the station.

Do I need a reservation?
Booking is not mandatory, but please call +33 3 26 51 21 29 or email BarEpernay@moet.com in advance of your arrival if possible.
How do I get to the bar?
Go to 18 avenue de Champagne. When you arrive, our team will be happy to guide you.
Is there parking?
We have a private parking lot in the main courtyard, accessible from the corner of rue Jean Chandon-Moët and avenue de Champagne
What are the bar's opening hours?
Opening times vary by season. Please consult the dedicated section for more information.
Is the bar open even in bad weather?
In the event of inclement weather, we offer an indoor tasting experience.
Can children and teenagers visit the bar?
The bar welcomes visitors of all ages, in compliance with French regulations on the consumption of alcohol by minors. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
Are pets allowed?
Food safety standards prevent us from allowing pets. However, guide dogs and small dogs, provided they are in a basket or bag, are exceptionally allowed on site.
