No ordinary martini, this cocktail is packed with flavor, balancing the tartness of passion fruit with the effervescent bubbles of Moët Impérial.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz. Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut
- 3/4 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Vanilla Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters (Scrappy’s preferred)
Garnish
Blood orange slice speared through a gold metal pick

METHOD
- Build bitters, lime, vanilla syrup, and passion fruit syrup in short tin, ice in large
- Prep glass
- Pour Moët Impérial into coupe glass
- Combine tins, shake, strain into prepped glass
- Garnish
VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP
- 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar (or preferred sweetener), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract In small saucepan
- Combine water and sugar over low heat, stirring well until fully integrated
- Let cool. Add vanilla and mix well
- Refrigerate
