MOËT & CHANDON BRUT IMPÉRIAL

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz. Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut
  • 3/4 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1/4 oz. Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters (Scrappy’s preferred)

Garnish

Blood orange slice speared through a gold metal pick

METHOD
  • Build bitters, lime, vanilla syrup, and passion fruit syrup in short tin, ice in large
  • Prep glass
  • Pour Moët Impérial into coupe glass
  • Combine tins, shake, strain into prepped glass
  • Garnish

VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP

  • 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar (or preferred sweetener), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract In small saucepan
  • Combine water and sugar over low heat, stirring well until fully integrated
  • Let cool. Add vanilla and mix well
  • Refrigerate

Keeps 1-2 weeks
