An unexpected twist on a classic Tiki drink, The Moët Sunset captures the colors of an island sunset and the flavors of a tropical vacation.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz. Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice (fresh preferred
- 1/4 oz. Lime Juice (fresh preferred
- 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Honey Syrup*
- *Simplified: Simple Syrup with fresh cinnamon in the cocktail
- Top generously with Peychaud's Bitters

METHOD
- Combine lime, pineapple, & syrup in short tin, ice to large tin (do not combine yet)
- Pour Moët Ice into glass
- Combine tins, shake vigorously, strain over glass of Moët Ice Impérial
- Top with ice
- Add bitters and garnishes l
CINNAMON-HONEY SYRUP
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
- Add 4 cinnamon sticks, simmer for 15mins
- Remove cinnamon sticks
- Reserve 11oz of the "tea," add 1lb honey, and mix well
- Store covered in refrigerator until needed
Makes 22oz of syrup (or 40 drinks). Keeps approx. 2 weeks. Alt uses: In iced tea/coffee, on pancakes, with fresh fruit, etc.
