MINTED MOËT ICE JULEP
Beat the heat this summer with our reimaged Julep cocktail, made with Moët Ice Impérial and tea syrup. You’ll be sipping this light, refreshing cocktail all day.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz. Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial
- 1/4 oz. Mint Tea Syrup
Unexpected Garnish
Green apple fan with gold metal pick
Simplified Garnish
Small sprig of mint
Glassware
Wine Glass
METHOD
- Pour Moët Ice Impérial
- Add ice
- Add syrup(s)
- Add garnish(es)
FLAVOR OF CHOICE: Tea Syrup
- 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar (or preferred sweetener), 3 tea bags (of choice)
- Bring water to a simmer, add tea.
- Turn off heat, letting the tea steep for 5-10mins. Remove tea bags.
- Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
- Refrigerate before use.
