A DATE WITH DELICIOUSNESS
Our recipe for a wonderful evening. Four seasonal courses created just for you by our chef Jean-Michel Bardet. Each dish paired with sought-after Grand Vintage and Grand Vintage Collection champagnes - and presented by your passionate hosts. The key ingredient? Our spirit of sharing. Explore our cellars with our expert guide. Then come together at our Salon Doré's grand dining table and celebrate with your fellow diners. Just as our most-loved guests have done through time.

HOME OF LAUGHTER AND CHIC
Built with love by the Moët family in the early 19th century, our opulent mansion The Trianon promises evenings that sparkle with joy. A former home to the family, this jewel of Moët & Chandon blends classical French chic and an intimate feel. Until now, The Trianon has always been our special place for private occasions. Today, for the first time in our history, we throw open its doors. And share our passion for celebrating with you.

INSPIRED BY EACH VINTAGE'S STORY
The spirit of a vintage brought to life on a plate. That is the mission of Jean-Michel Bardet, long-time champagne lover and our House's passionate chef. With a Michelin star to his name, Jean-Michel works with our Cellar Master to build recipes that showcase our bottles, rather than the other way round. As he puts it: "I start with the emotion that a champagne evokes - and I create dishes to enhance it." Enjoy his seasonal takes on our vintages, exclusively at The Trianon.
